The story behind Talk Relief and why it exists.

Long before Talk Relief existed, Onma was already doing this informally, instinctively, and without a name for it. Friends would call late at night. Colleagues would pull her aside. Family members would circle back to her when they had nobody else. What they found in her was rare: someone who could sit with another person's pain without rushing to solve it.
She formalised that gift into Talk Relief because she recognised a simple truth: the people who most need to be heard are often the ones who feel most alone in seeking it. They are not in crisis. They do not need a diagnosis. They need a real human to listen without an agenda.

Select from three subscription plans based on how much support you are looking for. Each session is 30 minutes. Plans are valid for a fixed window — 7, 14, or 30 days.
Select whether you would prefer to speak with a male or female listener. This is about your comfort there is no wrong choice.
Your subscription is activated immediately after payment. Sessions unlock for use within your plan window. Talk Relief does not store your card details all payments are handled by Stripe.
Tell us your preferred name, contact details, platform preference, and anything you would like your listener to know beforehand completely optional. Then choose your session time from the live calendar.
Show up at your booked time. Your listener will be there ready to receive you without agenda, without rushing, and without judgement. 30 minutes, entirely yours.

Talk Relief is a private, paid listening platform. Our listeners offer sessions in which they listen attentively, without judgement, and without giving unsolicited advice. Sessions are one-on-one, 30 minutes each, held via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp.
Talk Relief listeners are not licensed therapists, counsellors, psychologists, doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors. Nothing said during a session should be understood as professional advice of any kind. If a listener believes you need professional support, they will pause the session and refer you to an appropriate channel.
What you share in a session is kept private. Listeners will not share session content with third parties, except where legally required to do so.
Subscriptions are paid in advance. Please contact us via the Contact page if you need to discuss a cancellation or unused sessions. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
